There is an undercut snag around 35 yards out. Divers have been unable to identify what it is.
Max range is 60 yards, although this is never necessary in this swim. The margins tend to produce big fish.

There is also a very prominent plateau to the right of the swim. we believe this to be rocks and gravel/aggregates left over from excavation.

This swim also has the deepest water on the lake with depths of up to 19 ft.
The fish seem to congregate round the deep bowl.

This swim is only to be used during the day for stalking.
Only a very small area of water but has overhanging trees that the fish love to get into when there is pressure on the lake.
Depths range from 8ft to 11ft.
The Royal Box swim is very popular.
Close to the facilities and great for having a social.
Feature wise, depths range from 10 ft to 14 ft. Distances of 100 yard.
Finding any little prominent feature is a must!
Royal Box responds well to baiting little and often.
The point swim is dominated by an overhanging tree line.
This produces a lot of fish very close in to the margins!
The swim also has a lot of open water spots to 100 yards, these include gullies and small plateaus with average depths from 10 ft yo 14 ft.
